Careful lees maturation adds depth while preserving the wine's freshness and regional character.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a creamy texture balanced by vibrant natural acidity. Flavours of stone fruit, citrus and ripe apple are layered with notes of almond, fresh cream and a saline mineral edge. Fermentation in older oak puncheons and extended lees contact contribute richness and complexity without overwhelming the fruit. The finish is long, fresh and finely structured, with lingering grapefruit, mineral notes and subtle spice.
