At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Pinot Noir drinkers who enjoy refined New Zealand reds with freshness, fine texture and distinctive vineyard character. It is approachable in its youth but will reward several years in the cellar. Best enjoyed over the next 5–8 years. Pair with roast duck and cherry jus, herb-crusted lamb, pork tenderloin with fennel, wild mushroom risotto, or grilled trout with beetroot and fresh herbs.
