The 2023 Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a refined Tuscan red that honours one of the Antinori family's most historic labels. Crafted predominantly from Sangiovese with complementary varieties grown in the heart of Chianti Classico, it opens with aromas of ripe Morello cherry, wild berries and candied orange, layered with hints of violet, cedar, sweet spice and subtle vanilla.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a harmonious balance of ripe red fruit, savoury herbs and gentle oak spice. The wine finishes long and elegant, with fresh mineral notes and well-integrated oak adding depth without overwhelming the fruit.
