100% whole bunch. Bright red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a semi translucent red hue. Fragrant spicy dark cherry, strawberry, anise and clove scents blossom out of the glass followed by some brambly forest floor like notes. Juicy red to dark cherry and red liquorice fruits are interwoven with clove, red plum, spicy cedar, brambly dried herb and forest floor characters. Lively acidity and fine grained tannins with a spicy, dried herb laden, savoury finish of ample length.
