The 2023 Domaine Jaeger-Defaix Rully 1er Cru Clos du Chapître Rouge Magnum (1500ml) is an elegant Premier Cru Pinot Noir from Rully, Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, sourced from the domaine's monopole Clos du Chapître, a walled vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils. The magnum format encourages slow, graceful ageing, making it an excellent choice for collectors. The wine opens with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant, layered with rose petals, earthy spice and a touch of black pepper.
