The 2022 Sylvain Dussort Bourgogne Côte d’Or Blanc Cuvée des Ormes is a concentrated, Meursault-adjacent Chardonnay: apple and pear compote, acacia, restrained citrus and a subtle wet-stone note. The palate is medium-bodied and gently creamy, with bright citrus tension, orange-zest lift and a balanced, quietly long finish. It comes from older Meursault vines, is barrel-aged on lees for 12 months, and the estate describes it as delicate, rich and elegant.
