The 2022 Le Domaine d'Henri Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume Heritage is a refined Chardonnay from northern Burgundy, showing lemon, white peach and ripe pear with delicate floral, hazelnut and chalky mineral notes.
On the palate, it is textured and precise, with bright acidity supporting citrus and orchard fruit alongside subtle saline and savoury character. The finish is dry, focused and persistent, with the structure to develop further in bottle.
