The 2022 Domaine Dirler-Cadé Gewurztraminer is a dry, biodynamically farmed Alsace white with the variety’s distinctive richness and perfume. It opens with expressive aromas of mango, grapefruit, lychee and ripe peach, supported by floral notes, gentle spice and an intriguing smoky undertone.
On the palate, it is full and voluptuous, with generous tropical fruit, a supple texture and sufficient freshness to maintain balance. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ten months of ageing on lees add depth, while the finish is long, spicy and pleasantly dry despite the wine’s opulent fruit.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for those who enjoy aromatic white wines with richness, exotic fruit and savoury complexity. Serve at 10–12°C and enjoy now or cellar through 2030.
