A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay sourced from vines grown in the lieux-dit Croix Jeanniard in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, originally planted in 1986. As per all the wines, grapes are hand harvest, sorted & de-stemmed, followed by a period of cold soaking prior to fermentation naturally kicking off in tank. The result is a wonderfully fresh and deliciously moreish Passetoutgrain made for the dining table as much as it is for drinking with gusto on its own.
