At Wine More Cellars, this is one of the most important wines of the Languedoc and a must-have for serious collectors. Compared to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it is more structured and mineral-driven; compared to Domaine Trévallon, it offers greater density and polish while retaining a similar Mediterranean character. The 2021 vintage is particularly attractive for Burgundy and Rhône lovers who appreciate freshness, elegance and terroir expression over sheer power. While approachable with extended decanting, this is a wine built for the long term. Drink from 2028 onwards or cellar comfortably for 20–30+ years. Perfect with lamb, venison, game dishes, slow-braised beef and mature hard cheeses.
