The 2024 Dalrymple Vineyards Pinot Noir is a refined cool-climate Pinot Noir from Tasmania, crafted from carefully selected parcels across Pipers River, Coal River Valley and Ouse. These distinct vineyard sites contribute complexity and nuance, combining Tasmania’s characteristic freshness with attractive fruit concentration. The wine opens with aromas of fresh cranberry, ripe tamarillo and toasted spice, developing darker plum, earthy and subtle herbal notes with time in the glass.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, with attractive dark fruit supported by classic Tasmanian acidity and fine, supple tannins. Cranberry and plum flavours are complemented by complex herbal notes and restrained oak spice, leading to a fresh and lingering finish.
