A powerful limited-edition Islay single malt, bottled at 58.1% ABV and matured predominantly in ex-bourbon barrels with a smaller proportion of sherry casks. This is classic Machir Bay amplified: intensely smoky, richly textured and charged with vibrant citrus, coastal character and warming spice.
Bold maritime peat smoke leads into sweet vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. Lemon zest, crisp apple and pear emerge alongside tropical fruit, dried citrus peel and subtle floral and mineral notes.
Full-bodied and warming, with creamy malt, toffee and citrus oil balancing waves of earthy peat smoke. Candied lemon, dried fruit and tropical fruit are layered with cracked black pepper, nutmeg and a gentle coastal salinity.
