Matured exclusively in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks for more than two decades, this elegant Speyside single malt brings together mature fruit, creamy malt, seasoned oak and Benromach’s distinctive thread of gentle smoke. Bottled at 43% ABV and presented at natural colour.
Rich sherry aromas lead, supported by Seville orange, baked apple and raspberry. Ginger, polished oak and creamy malt develop underneath, with a restrained wisp of smoke adding depth.
Initially sweet and rounded, revealing orange marmalade, stewed orchard fruit and red berries. Cracked black pepper and subtle baking spices follow, joined by honey, chocolate-covered raisins, praline and gently charred oak.
