Terroir Sense Fronteres is a boutique winery located in the Montsant region of Catalunya, Spain, founded by renowned winemaker Dominik Huber of Terroir al Límit. The project focuses on producing elegant and transparent wines that express the freshness, altitude, and mineral character of Mediterranean mountain terroir.

Montsant benefits from high-elevation vineyards, limestone and clay soils, and Mediterranean conditions moderated by cooler mountain influences. These conditions allow grapes to ripen fully while preserving acidity, aromatic complexity, and balance.

Terroir Sense Fronteres is particularly known for Garnacha and Carignan (Carinyena), crafted in a lighter and more refined style compared to traditional powerful Mediterranean reds. The wines typically display red cherry, raspberry, wild herbs, floral notes, spice, and mineral tension, supported by fine tannins and vibrant freshness. Minimal-intervention winemaking and whole-bunch fermentation help preserve purity and site expression.
