Terroir al Límit is particularly known for Garnacha and Cariñena (Carignan), crafted in a refined and transparent style inspired by Burgundy winemaking philosophies. The wines typically display red cherry, raspberry, wild herbs, floral notes, spice, and mineral tension supported by silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Whole-bunch fermentation and minimal-intervention techniques help highlight purity and terroir.
