The name "Riposte" is inspired by the sport of fencing, referring to the swift counterattack following a defensive move. Riposte is best known for its Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris. The Pinot Noir displays aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, spice, and subtle earthy notes with silky tannins and bright acidity. Chardonnay offers citrus, white peach, nectarine, and flinty mineral characters with restrained oak influence, while Sauvignon Blanc delivers vibrant tropical fruit, citrus, and herbaceous freshness.
