Produced entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the limestone-rich soils of Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, the wine combines the generosity of the 2019 vintage with Bérêche’s signature tension, texture and low-intervention approach. The nose reveals preserved lemon, green apple and white peach layered alongside toasted hazelnut, brioche and intense chalky minerality, giving the wine remarkable depth and refinement.
