LAMY PILLOT
Domaine Lamy-Pillot is a respected family-run estate based in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the heart of Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Founded in 1973 by René and Danielle Lamy-Pillot, the domaine has grown steadily over the decades and is now managed by their daughter Sébastien Lamy and his wife Marion, who continue the family’s dedication to crafting wines that faithfully express the character and diversity of their terroirs.
The estate covers around 18 hectares of vineyards, spread across some of the region’s most prestigious appellations — including Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Santenay, Puligny-Montrachet, and Meursault. This wide array of vineyard holdings allows Lamy-Pillot to produce a range of both white and red Burgundies, each with its own distinctive identity. The whites, made primarily from Chardonnay, are known for their balance of richness and minerality, while the reds, made from Pinot Noir, showcase bright fruit, fine tannins, and supple textures.
Wines from Domaine Lamy-Pillot are admired for their clarity, finesse, and classic Burgundian charm. Whether it’s a mineral-driven Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc, a structured Santenay Rouge, or a supple Saint-Aubin, each cuvée reflects the family’s deep connection to the land and their commitment to producing authentic, expressive wines that highlight the elegance of the Côte de Beaune.
