L&C POITOUT

L&C Poitout is a family-owned winery based in Chablis, Burgundy, France, specialising in classic, mineral-driven Chardonnay wines. The estate is known for producing authentic expressions of Chablis that highlight the region’s renowned terroir and cool-climate precision.

Located in the northern part of Burgundy, the vineyards are planted on the famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in fossilised marine sediments. This unique soil composition gives Chablis wines their signature flinty minerality, crisp acidity and purity of fruit.

L&C Poitout produces a range of wines including Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premier Cru bottlings, each offering a different level of complexity while maintaining the fresh, clean style that defines the region.
