Fruit for our Bright Young Things Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from premium cool-climate vineyards which produce crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc with intense aromatics and a clean, palate.
Following harvest, the fruit was taken immediately for crushing to avoid extended skin contact and unnecessary handling. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to ensure a fresh and vibrant finish before being filtered, fined and bottled early to maximise vibrancy.
