The 2022 Babich Single Vineyard Organic Rosé is a vibrant and refreshing Marlborough Rosé crafted from organically farmed fruit in the Wairau Valley. Made from a unique blend including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, it opens with lively aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, orchard fruits and lime, layered with delicate floral and mineral notes.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with juicy acidity, a soft creamy texture and flavours of Braeburn apple, melon and fresh red berries, finishing with subtle spice and lingering minerality. The style is dry, crisp and highly drinkable, offering freshness with added texture and complexity from lees ageing and partial wild fermentation.
