The Champagne Pinot d'Ecureuil Tome I by Gaspard Brochet is a Blanc de Noirs fruit of 100% Pinot Noir harvested from the vineyard plot 'Les Beaux Bras', located in the Premier Cru village of Ecueil. Vinification and first fermentation occur in fut de chene and dosage is around 0g/L, Brut Nature. To make them even more original, each bottle has a 'staple' closing system of cork. Produced in limited quantities of only 459 bottles.
