From the premier cru lieu dit of Les Pres Mousseux in the village of Ecueil, this 100% Chardonnay is produced from vines planted in 1989. The wine is fermented in small oak vessels, is not racked, fined nor filtered and does not undergo malolactic fermentation before being bottled with 3 g/l dosage.
