French Bloom is a premium French producer dedicated to redefining the possibilities of alcohol-free sparkling wine. Founded by Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, the brand was conceived in Paris in 2019 after the two friends recognised a gap for sophisticated, celebratory drinks that could offer the ritual and complexity of fine sparkling wine without alcohol.

Rather than approaching non-alcoholic drinks simply as substitutes for wine, French Bloom was created with the ambition of building a genuine luxury sparkling experience around 0.0% alcohol. At the foundation of French Bloom are carefully selected organic French wines, particularly Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir also playing a role in selected cuvées. The wines undergo a precise dealcoholisation process before being blended with natural ingredients and gently given their fine effervescence. The finished sparkling wines contain 0.0% alcohol and are certified organic and vegan.

French Bloom also distinguishes itself through its approach to composition. Its core cuvées are produced without added sugar, sulphites or preservatives, while retaining the freshness and texture required of a premium sparkling drink. The result is intended to move alcohol-free wine away from simple sweetness and toward the balance, minerality and gastronomic character associated with serious sparkling wine.

The collection begins with French Bloom Le Blanc, made around organic French Chardonnay. It shows citrus and crisp pear alongside mineral freshness, gradually developing richer notes of dried fruit, honey and beeswax, with a creamy texture and saline finish.

French Bloom Le Rosé combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Languedoc, bringing a different personality to the range. Floral notes of rose petal meet fresh red berries and white peach, balancing fruit, freshness and minerality while maintaining the house's signature 0.0% alcohol profile.

Beyond Le Blanc and Le Rosé, French Bloom has expanded into more ambitious prestige cuvées including Extra Brut and vintage sparkling wines. These wines explore greater depth and gastronomic complexity, demonstrating the brand's intention to establish alcohol-free sparkling as a serious category in its own right rather than simply an alternative for those avoiding alcohol.

French Bloom has also gained considerable international recognition. Its cuvées have repeatedly received honours at the World Sparkling Wine Awards, with Le Rosé named World's Best Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine in 2025—the third time a French Bloom cuvée had received the title.
