Based in Pedemonte, just north of Verona, the Farina family has spent more than a century refining traditional winemaking while embracing modern innovation. The winery works with vineyards throughout the prestigious hills of Valpolicella Classica, where limestone-rich soils, rolling elevations, and the cooling influence of nearby Lake Garda create ideal conditions for producing expressive, balanced wines. Farina carefully selects fruit from premium sites, combining generations of vineyard knowledge with sustainable viticulture to preserve the unique identity of each growing area.

Farina is internationally recognised for its classic Amarone della Valpolicella, Amarone Riserva, Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Ripasso, Recioto della Valpolicella, Soave, and Lugana. Traditional local varieties including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara form the backbone of the range. Amarone delivers concentrated flavours of black cherry, plum, dried fig, cocoa, sweet spice, and tobacco with velvety tannins and exceptional ageing potential, while Ripasso offers remarkable richness and complexity balanced by freshness and elegance.

The winery remains deeply committed to traditional Venetian winemaking. Amarone and Recioto are produced using the historic appassimento method, where carefully selected grapes are naturally dried for several months before fermentation, concentrating flavour, structure, and aromatic complexity. Gentle winemaking, extended maturation, and thoughtful oak ageing allow Farina's wines to retain balance while expressing the unique character of each vintage.
