Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père & Fils is a traditional family-owned winery based in Chablis, Burgundy, France, dedicated to producing classic expressions of Chablis Chardonnay. The vineyards are planted on the region’s famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in fossilised marine sediments, which contribute to the distinctive mineral freshness and crisp acidity that define Chablis wines. Domaine Jean Dauvissat produces a range of wines including Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premier Cru bottlings, each reflecting the character of its vineyard site.

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, the wines are typically fermented and aged with a focus on preserving freshness and terroir expression. They show classic Chablis aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers and flinty minerality, with a clean and elegant finish.
