Wild fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 12 months in seasoned French oak, the wine captures the richness of the site while preserving freshness and precision. The nose is elegant and inviting, revealing yellow peach, ripe pear and citrus layered with white flowers, toasted hazelnut and gentle spice.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a silky texture, vibrant acidity and beautifully integrated oak. Ripe orchard fruit is complemented by subtle creaminess and a chalky mineral backbone, leading to a long, refined finish with impressive depth and balance.
