DAL ZOTTO
Dal Zotto Wines is a pioneering family-owned winery located in the King Valley, Victoria, one of Australia’s leading regions for Italian grape varieties. Founded in 1987 by Otto and Elena Dal Zotto, the winery played an important role in introducing Italian wine styles to Australia, helping establish King Valley as the country’s home of Prosecco and other Italian varietals.
Inspired by their Italian heritage from Valdobbiadene, the Dal Zotto family focuses on producing wines from classic Italian grapes such as Prosecco (Glera), Sangiovese, Barbera and Nebbiolo. These wines highlight the cool-climate conditions of the King Valley, delivering bright fruit flavours, lively acidity and food-friendly structure.
Dal Zotto is particularly known for its Prosecco-style sparkling wines, which capture the fresh, vibrant character that has made the style so popular worldwide.
