Fruit is hand-picked, transported to the winery on the same day, and handled with minimal intervention to preserve natural fruit character and regional identity. The cool-climate vineyards produce wines with vibrant acidity, fine structure, and exceptional balance.

Coulter is best known for its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Barbera, and Tempranillo. The Adelaide Hills Chardonnay combines white peach, citrus, oatmeal, and subtle French oak with impressive texture and precision, while Pinot Noir offers aromas of red cherry, cranberry, spice, and forest floor supported by silky tannins.
