The 2024 Vico Bois de Cerf Blanc Vermentinu is a vibrant and mineral-driven Corsican white wine made from 100% Vermentinu (Vermentino). Produced by Domaine Vico, one of Corsica’s leading organic and biodynamic estates, the wine comes from mature vines planted on blue schist soils in the island’s mountainous interior. The nose is fresh and expressive, revealing aromas of pear, lemon zest and white flowers, alongside subtle notes of wild herbs and citrus.
On the palate, it is crisp and beautifully focused, with refreshing acidity supporting flavours of citrus, orchard fruits and delicate herbal nuances.
