Burton McMahon Georges Vineyard Chardonnay 2022 is a premium single-vineyard Chardonnay from the Upper Yarra Valley, crafted with a minimalist, terroir-driven approach. It offers complex aromas of nectarine, peach, citrus, and fig layered with flinty notes, nougat, and subtle vanilla oak from around 10 months in French barrels.
The palate is rich yet precise, showing stone fruit, lemon, and almond nuances with a creamy texture balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. Structured and elegant, it delivers depth, finesse, and a long, mineral-driven finish, with excellent ageing potential of up to 8–10 years.
