RONGO WINES

Rongo Wines is a boutique winery based in Victoria, Australia, specializing in limited batches of soulful wines sourced from single vineyards. The winery was established in 2021 by friends Ray Chen and Josh Liu, both of whom have extensive international experience in winemaking. They’ve worked in regions including China, America, New Zealand, France, and Australia, and hold academic credentials from institutions such as Lincoln University (NZ), UC Davis (California), Cornell University (New York), and Adelaide University.   

Rongo Wines operates out of an outer Melbourne suburb, utilizing rented winery space and maintaining barrel storage and a cellar. They source fruit from growers who practice sustainable viticulture, ensuring quality and environmental responsibility.
