The 2022 Chardonnay was fermented in a combination of concrete and oak, with only a small proportion undergoing malolactic fermentation, preserving the freshness and natural acidity of the vintage.
On the palate, it is racy, fine and beautifully focused, with grapefruit and citrus complemented by honeysuckle, green apple, crushed almond and subtle oatmeal notes.
