JC’s Own is a small, creative South Australian wine project by Jaysen Collins, a winemaker known for his work at Torbreck Vintners in the Barossa Valley. The label is his personal outlet for experimentation—making wines that are expressive, sometimes unconventional, but always rooted in a deep respect for the vineyard.
Clyne sources fruit mainly from the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley, with occasional parcels from McLaren Vale and other regions, focusing on old vines, low yields, and minimal intervention. His style draws on both traditional techniques and global influences picked up during extensive winemaking travels.
