The 2019 Isole e Olena Syrah Collezione Privata IGT is a premium Tuscan Syrah, crafted from hand-harvested fruit grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Chianti Classico, showcasing the remarkable adaptability of Rhône varietals in Tuscany. Aged for around 18 months in oak followed by extended bottle ageing, it delivers both power and refinement with excellent ageing potential. The nose is complex and layered, offering blackberry, cassis and dark plum alongside notes of black tea, spice, clove and subtle earthy nuances.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and concentrated, with a dense core of dark fruit, savoury undertones and well-integrated oak.
