Bodegas Exopto is a boutique winery located in Rioja, Spain, focused on producing expressive and terroir-driven wines from traditional Spanish grape varieties. Founded by French winemaker Olivier Rivière, the project combines old-vine fruit, sustainable viticulture, and minimal-intervention winemaking to showcase a more refined and contemporary style of Rioja.

Rioja benefits from a diverse climate influenced by both Atlantic and Mediterranean conditions, allowing grapes to achieve ripeness while retaining freshness and structure. Old vineyards planted on limestone and clay soils contribute depth, minerality, and complexity to the wines.

Bodegas Exopto is particularly known for Tempranillo and Garnacha-based wines, crafted with a focus on elegance and vineyard expression rather than heavy oak influence.
