BODEGAS PANIZA

Bodegas Paniza is a historic Spanish wine cooperative established in 1953 in the village of Paniza, within the Cariñena DOP in Aragón. Bringing together hundreds of local winegrowers and approximately 3,000 hectares of vineyards, the winery specialises in Garnacha, Cariñena, Tempranillo and traditional Spanish varieties. Its high-altitude vineyards, reaching approximately 850 metres, feature limestone, clay and slate soils, including historic old-vine sites. From vibrant Fábula wines to premium Paniza Pizarra, Viñas Viejas and Ancestor's Garnacha, the estate combines generations of vineyard knowledge with modern winemaking.
