The wine has a complex nose with aromas of exotic tropical fruit (think guava) with distinctively floral notes and some musk stick characters. It’s well weighted from the Pinot Gris/Chardonnay component with the Riesling providing the freshness and great persistence of flavour. Has attractive tropical fruit flavours with a touch of spicy complexity. With the merest hint of astringency and apleasinglydry finish, this is a great wine to enjoy on its own or with food.
