Adelina Wines is a boutique, family-owned winery in Springfarm, Clare Valley, established commercially in 2003 by Col McBryde and Jen Gardner. Located beside the legendary Wendouree vineyards, the estate is home to historic Shiraz and Pedro Ximénez vines planted in 1915, alongside Grenache dating to 1940. Both founders hold PhDs in wine-related disciplines and combine extensive international winemaking experience with a commitment to organic viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking. The estate's Australian Certified Organic vineyards produce exceptional Grenache, Shiraz, Shiraz Mataro, Shiraz Malbec and Introspect Field Blend, complemented by distinctive Watervale and Polish Hill River Riesling.
