Made by Tom Puyaubert with a minimal-intervention philosophy, the wine highlights the variety’s naturally vibrant acidity, floral aromatics and savoury mineral character. The nose reveals blackberry, redcurrant and dark cherry layered alongside violet, cracked pepper, mountain herbs and subtle earthy spice, giving the wine remarkable lift and complexity.
