Crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Sangiovese, Solengo represents the estate’s modern interpretation of Tuscany’s great red wines—combining richness, structure, and elegance.
In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby color with dark purple reflections, indicating its concentration and youthful intensity. The nose is expressive and complex, offering aromas of blackcurrant, ripe blackberry, and dark cherry, layered with notes of violet, cedar, tobacco, and sweet spice, along with hints of dark chocolate and graphite.
On the palate, the 2021 Solengo is full-bodied and beautifully structured, with concentrated flavors of cassis, black plum, and ripe berries supported by fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity.
