2025 Kir-Yianni Assyrtiko Amyndeon PGI - It was a very good year for Assyrtiko on the high-altitude plateau of Amyndeon as the almost typical weather conditions throughout the growing season were favorable for the variety. Both flowering and veraison took place in a timely and smooth manner leading to a very good production in total. The grapes were healthy standing out for their quality features. Harvest by hand started on 20 September and was concluded on 1 October 2025.
