Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyard
Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyard is one of the most historic and respected vineyards in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Established in 1971 in the elevated subregion of Clarendon, the vineyard sits on the northern edge of McLaren Vale where cooler temperatures and higher altitude create ideal conditions for producing powerful yet elegant wines.
Today, the vineyard is renowned for its exceptional Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, with fruit grown on ancient soils and carefully managed to highlight concentration, structure and regional character. The project is guided by world-class winemaking talent, combining traditional vineyard heritage with modern precision in the winery.
Wines from Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyard are known for their depth, balance and ageing potential, representing some of the most distinctive expressions of McLaren Vale’s high-altitude terroir.
