The 2025 Kir-Yianni Paranga White is a fresh Northern Greek blend of native varieties Roditis and Malagousia, sourced from selected vineyards across Macedonia. The nose combines green apple and citrus with white peach and delicate floral notes, with Roditis bringing freshness while Malagousia contributes aromatic stone fruit and floral character.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and crisp with bright acidity, fresh citrus and peach flavours and a gently rounded texture. The varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel before blending, followed by up to four months on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage, adding subtle texture while retaining freshness.
