CIEN Y PICO

Cien y Pico is a boutique Spanish wine project dedicated to showcasing the character of old-vine Garnacha from high-altitude vineyards. Sourcing fruit primarily from regions such as Castilla-La Mancha and surrounding areas, the winery focuses on preserving the identity and potential of historic vineyards.

These vineyards are often located at elevations of 700 to over 1,000 meters, where cooler temperatures and significant diurnal variation help maintain freshness while allowing for full ripening. The soils, typically composed of granite, slate, and sandy elements, contribute to wines with minerality, concentration, and complexity.

Cien y Pico specializes in Garnacha (Grenache), producing wines that balance richness with elegance. Through careful vineyard selection and minimal-intervention winemaking, the wines express vibrant red fruit, spice, and refined texture, with a focus on purity and drinkability.
