Made using the traditional "doble pasta" method - fermenting the wine with extra grape skins - it delivers exceptional colour, structure and intensity while maintaining freshness from high-altitude vineyards.
The nose is rich and expressive, revealing layers of blackberry, plum and dark cherry, alongside notes of violet, spice, cocoa and subtle herbal hints. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful with a dense, velvety texture and ripe, well-integrated tannins. Concentrated dark fruit flavours are balanced by a fresh line of acidity, with hints of licorice, graphite and spice leading to a long, structured and savoury finish.
