The 2022 Volnay Vieilles Vignes has an attractive nose with brambly red fruit, briary and subtle forest floor aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with quite a tangy opening, a little rustic perhaps, yet balanced with plenty of freshness on the finish. Delicious early drinking Volnay.
