The Champagne Laherte Frères Rosé de Meunier NV, based on the 2023 vintage and disgorged in October 2025, is a distinctive Extra Brut Champagne made entirely from Pinot Meunier. The blend combines white-pressed wine, macerated rosé and still red wine, creating expressive aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and cranberry alongside blood orange, rose petal, mint and subtle baking spice.
On the palate, it is vinous and generously textured yet beautifully focused, with juicy red fruit, fine bubbles and vibrant acidity. Partial barrel vinification and reserve wines bring depth and gentle savoury complexity, while the low dosage of 2.5 g/L preserves a dry, energetic profile. The finish is long and refreshing, combining citrus peel, red berries and chalky minerality.
