The 2025 Chatto Seven Inch Pinot Noir is a single-vineyard Tasmanian Pinot Noir from the Huon Valley, sourced from a site planted in 2007 just 750 metres from Chatto’s Isle Vineyard. A blend of four Pinot Noir clones, it shows red cherry and wild strawberry with rose petals, subtle spice and savoury notes.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and finely structured, with rich red fruit, fresh acidity and distinctive velvet-like tannins. A modest 12.5% whole-bunch component brings aromatic lift and additional structure, while the fruit remains concentrated and precise through a persistent, finely chiselled finish.
