Planted in 1994 to the MV6 clone on sandy loam over dark clay and ironstone, this maritime site produces small, intensely flavoured berries with exceptional concentration and finesse. Handpicked fruit is wild fermented in open vats with 30% whole bunches before maturing in French oak, including 30% new barrels, building complexity while preserving the vineyard's distinctive purity.
